1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an item purchased on Keetal.com. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (including outer box, manuals, and accessories).
The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Free Return Pickup
We offer a Free Pickup service for all eligible returns within India. You do not need to worry about shipping costs for returning the item.
Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup through our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, or Shadowfax).
Please ensure the package is ready and securely sealed for the pickup agent.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
The refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at contact@keetal.com with photos of the damage so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.
